What should I bring to my first appointment? ▾
Please bring your insurance card, a valid government-issued photo ID, your list of current medications, and any relevant medical records or referrals. If you are a new patient, arriving 15 minutes early to complete intake paperwork is recommended — or complete it online ahead of time via our patient portal.
Do you accept Medicare and Medicaid? ▾
Yes, we accept Medicare Parts A and B, as well as TennCare (Tennessee's Medicaid program). We also participate with most Medicare Advantage plans. Please call our office to confirm your specific plan's participation status.
What if I don't have insurance? ▾
We welcome self-pay patients and offer transparent, competitive cash-pay pricing for all services. We also offer a sliding-fee scale for qualifying patients who demonstrate financial need. Please speak with our billing team to discuss your options — we are committed to making care accessible to everyone.
How do referrals and specialist care work? ▾
If you need a specialist, your provider will issue a referral. For HMO plans that require referral authorization, we handle that process on your behalf. We have strong relationships with a wide network of trusted Nashville specialists and will ensure a warm handoff for your care.
How are billing questions handled? ▾
Our dedicated billing specialist is available Monday–Friday to assist with billing inquiries, insurance claims, Explanation of Benefits (EOB) questions, and payment plans. You can reach the billing department by phone, email, or through the patient portal.
Is IV therapy or weight management covered by insurance? ▾
Coverage for IV vitamin therapy and weight management services varies by insurance plan. Some services may be covered when medically necessary. Our team will verify your benefits prior to treatment and provide you with a clear cost estimate so there are no surprises.
